September in Mass

Where did September go??! I cannot believe it’s already October! Mo and I have been truly enjoying the transition from summer to fall in New England. I don’t know if anyone has ever enjoyed a 45 minute commute to work, but with the view I get every day here I actually look forward to it!

Providence, RI– Mo and I moved out here knowing one person- my good friend from Olivet, Hil. Next thing you know, we find ourselves on a quad date! We have been so blessed with an amazing community of friends and a great church. We went out with our neighbors, Grahm and Whitney, Hil and her boyfriend Dan, and two of Hil’s friends, Emily and Will.

Gotta love a Girl’s Night Out- from co-workers to neighbors to mutual friends, we all enjoyed each others company and delicious food!

Red Sox Game- Nothing beats Wrigley Field’s bleachers, but we enjoyed our first experience at the Green Monstah with an 11-3 win for the Red Sox!

WE LOVE VISITORS- One of Mo’s coworkers, Drew, came out for the weekend and we loved showing him around Boston… especially Mike’s Pastries!

Fall Decorating- one of the best parts of fall is the decorating that comes along with it. We had little helpers while making our DIY decorations.
