That got your attention. This salad is not only muuuuuuch healthier than the drive through at McDonald’s, but it’s most likely even faster.
The first time I ate this salad, I also paid $25 AUD at a restaurant for it. (Crazy, I know!) Fortunately, I got my money’s worth by taking their idea and bringing it back to make in my own kitchen… priceless. Make the quinoa at the beginning of the week to have it all cooked and ready to go.
Chop up any extra veggies to add to your salad and enjoy it hot or cold!
