Blue Cheese Fig Butter Burgers

Are you tired of the same plain, boring burgers that you’ve been making all summer? Blue Cheese Fig Butter Burgers are here to save the day dinner! Savory blue cheese, sweet fig butter, flavorful caramelized onions, crunchy arugula and juicy beef combines into something so wonderful… I’m drooling just thinking about it.

I got all of the ingredients at Trader Joe’s. I absolutely love having a TJs so close to our new apartment! They have competitive prices, good quality products and the right amount of options to choose from. Does anyone else hate when you have to stare at 100 different BBQ sauces at other grocery stores?! Trader Joe’s has one BOX of medium roast K cups. Not one AISLE. Huge timesaver, am I right?? Their $4 fresh flower bouquets get me every time…

Mo came up with the idea for these burgers and I happily included it in this week’s menu. It was a winner and will definitely be made again! This is the first recipe in my new recipe box- a housewarming gift I recently received from a friend (thanks Hil!). It’s beautiful! I can’t wait to fill it with more delicious recipes.

Nutrition Information (4oz burger on half a pretzel bun): 475 calories | 36g carbs, 23g fat, 28g protein

Give this recipe a try and let me know when you do! I personally guarantee that you won’t be disappointed.
