I’m Paula and I am personal trainer with a passion for fitness and event planning. I married my high school sweetheart in January 2014 and since then, we have had a few opportunities to live and work in different parts of the world. We are currently living in the South Bay Area in California. I also have a certification in Event and Hospitality Management and enjoy doing event planning on the side.
